Sculpt to Surrender Pop-Up Class with Alchemy Yoga

Sculpt to Surrender blends the burn of sculpting with the deep release and relaxation of Yin Yoga. In this 60-minute class led by Alchemy Yoga, you'll move through dynamic yoga postures and movements with light weights to build strength and endurance before settling into an extended Yin Yoga to allow your muscles and joints to loosen up and help tissues become more flexible.

This class will use 3lb dumbbells and resistance bands. Please bring your own mat, towel and water to practice.
