The chakras are energy centers in the body that act like spiritual batteries. They run along the spine from the base to the crown and connect your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies.

When your chakras are open and balanced, you feel vibrant, connected, clear, and empowered.
When they’re blocked or overactive, you may feel stuck, disconnected, reactive, or unwell.
