Senior "Fit & Fun" Therapeutic Moves

“Therapeutic Moves” taught by certified fitness instructor, Paula Van Alstine, will improve your cardiovascular health, strengthen bones, joints, and balance, and improve your psychological well-being!

As we age, maintaining physical health becomes a major concern. Range of motion and flexibility in joints, muscles, and bones create various challenges. However, this session of therapeutic moves will help alleviate an illness or injury with movements using a chair and small weights.
