A graduate of the French Culinary Institute and the Tokyo Sushi Academy, he blends classical techniques with global influences, creating dishes that feel both refined and deeply connected to the land.Formerly Head Chef and Culinary Director at One White Street in New York City, David’s career has been shaped by his love for farm-to-table dining and sustainable food systems—roots that trace back to his time as a farm apprentice at Hawthorne Valley.
