Residents across Bruce County are invited to take meaningful steps toward reconciliation by joining the Walk for Wenjack in Kincardine on Saturday, October 18 at 1 p.m.
This national initiative, led by the Gord Downie & Chanie Wenjack Fund, honours Chanie Wenjack’s memory while sparking conversation about the lasting impacts of residential schools.
Together, we walk to learn, reflect, and take action toward reconciliation.

Guided 2km walk symbolically retracing Chanie’s journey

Light refreshments provided
Donations to the Nawash Food Bank welcomed (first 10 donors will receive a gift from the Downie Wenjack Fund)
