💗 Lifting Up Elizabeth: A Day of Yoga, Love & Support 💗

Join us October 18th as we come together to support our beloved teacher, Elizabeth, who is bravely facing an aggressive breast cancer diagnosis. This special day features 5 donation-based yoga classes, community connection, raffle baskets, light refreshments, and heartfelt support.

🧘‍♀️ Class Schedule
(Minimum $25 cash donation per class at the door):

• 9:00–10:00 AM — Empower Flow with Adrienne
• 10:30–11:30 AM — Slow Flow with Judy
• 12:30–1:30 PM — Pre & Postnatal Yoga with Jacquelyn
• 2:30–3:30 PM — Meditate & Move with Carly
• 4:00–5:00 PM — Yin & Yoga Nidra with Dee

🎟 FREE to register. Must reserve your spot in advance for class. (please cancel 6+ hours in advance if you can’t attend to open your spot).
🕘 Doors open all day from 9 AM – 5:30 PM
💖 100% of proceeds will go directly toward Elizabeth’s long-term care.
