The Gathering - Scotland’s First Laustak Event

Come join us at Scotland’s first official Laustak training event and discover the unique Norwegian martial art, wrestling sport, and combat style that made the Vikings such effective warriors.

Run by the Scottish Laustak Federation, a member of the UK Laustak Federation, and affiliated to both the Norwegian Laustak Federation and Academiet for Viking Kampkunst in Norway.

The training will cover two days aimed at beginner and intermediate Laustak skills including grappling, wrestling, exercise and fitness, traditional weapons training, and self defence.

Special guest instructors teaching Scottish traditional sword work are also planned for the Sunday event.

Tickets will go on sale mid-april.
