Sound Bath

Join us for a one-hour sound immersion where breath slows, tension softens, and time begins to loosen. Bathed in the tones of singing bowls, Koshi chimes, rain sticks, Sounds of God and other sets of tuning forks, and a deep, grounding Cajon drum, you’ll be guided gently inward — beyond the noise of the day, into a place of stillness and restoration.

No experience needed. Simply bring yourself and an openness to rest.
