MS Society Ayrshire & Arran Wellness Session
These 1 hour 30 min sessions include gentle movement to each person's ability, meditation and sound therapy. This includes the use of sound bowls.

These sessions are free to people with MS, their family, friends and carers. Come along in relaxed, comfortable clothing and get ready to experience a mindful approach to relaxation.

Sessions are held at the Howard Centre, 5 Portland Road, Kilmarnock KA1 2BT
