Various meditations, from a range of traditions. Buddhist, Yoga, Earth-based, Mindfulness, Kundalini Yoga and more.
Chair and floor seating available. Spaces limited to 10. We finish with tea, biscuits and mindful conversation cards for discussion. ☕️🍪🙏
