Join us for Mind & Mutt Walks, a calm, supportive dog walk designed to support mental wellbeing through gentle movement, fresh air, and the comfort of dogs.
These walks are led by an experienced, qualified dog trainer, offering a safe and understanding environment for both people and dogs. Dog training advice is available during the walk if you would like it, but there is no pressure to ask or engage.
These walks are not therapy and there’s no pressure to talk, perform, or “fix” anything. Just show up as you are. Walk at your own pace. Let the dogs do what they do best – bring comfort, connection, and calm.
