Yoga & Cacao Ceremony

30 minute beginner-friendly Hatha Flow class with lots of dynamic movement to prepare the body to receive the gifts of Mamá Cacao. We’ll drink ceremonial Cacao, pay homage to its origins, share our gratitude and intentions, meditate, and journal.

*People who are pregnant, on certain antidepressants, or on high blood pressure medication should consult a doctor before consuming cacao.
