Art Journaling

Sometimes feelings are bigger than words. Sometimes the only way that feels safe to express them is through colors, shapes, and forms. Sometimes we need a little guidance on where to start!
Our art journaling class is designed to get those feelings flowing in a safe, judgment-free environment. All feelings are valid. All art is beautiful. We use watercolor paints, pastels, markers, stamps, collage, and many art disciplines to expand our journaling experience. You do not have to be an artist to join us!
