This is not about pressure, resolutions, or “fixing yourself.” It’s about giving yourself space to notice what you truly want and allowing those intentions to take shape visually.

As a little extra, you’ll also experience gentle movement, adding another layer of release to your morning.

You’ll leave with your own personalised vision board and a clearer, more grounded sense of direction.

All materials, warm drink and snacks are provided, and no artistic skills are needed. Just bring yourself, your curiosity, and an open mind.
