Tera Mai Usui 1st degree Reiki

This course is the foundation to your reiki journey.If you are looking for spiritual awareness & getting to know yourself on a deeper level, then this may be the path that is calling you.There will also be ongoing classes for level 2 , Reiki master level & also Tera Mai Seichim master level.

We will begin with an introduction & the history of reiki, followed by the attunement or initiation into Tera Mai which will allow the energy to flow through & activate your own healing abilities.This is a beautiful & sacred part of Reiki & is very special in respect to the lineage which goes back to Usui.

There will also be an introduction to the chakra system & the aura.
Meditation & self healing techniques as well as how to perform a healing on others which is something every student enjoys towards the end of the class & to feel how the energy works.

There will also be a 21 day clearing & healing of the chakras following the class.

Manual & certificate are provided.
