Welcome to Rest and Restore: A Yoga Retreat in Killaloe, Ireland! Join us for a rejuvenating weekend at the beautiful Killaloe Hotel and Spa. Immerse yourself in daily yoga sessions, meditation, and relaxation activities. I’ve designed the *Rest and Restore* retreat—a sanctuary for women, especially women of color, to pause, heal, and find renewal. Through mindfulness practices, restorative yoga, sound baths, and guided reflection, I aim to offer the rest I once didn’t think was possible. This retreat is about creating space for you to reconnect with yourself because you deserve to nurture the one person who gives so much: *you*.

What’s Included:

• Transportation: To/from Shannon Airport and all offsite activities.
• Meals: Breakfast every day, lunch, and dinner on all onsite days. (Meals on offsite days not included.)
• Accommodations: 5 nights at the Killaloe Hotel and Spa.
• Daily Practices: Expect a blend of yoga, meditation, journaling, sound baths, and more, all designed to help you unwind and deepen your practice.
• Leo New Moon Ritual: Led by an Irish native and yoga teacher, this ritual include Celtic yoga nidra, and invites you to align with the energy of the Leo New Moon and manifest with intention.
• Guided Walking Meditation , folklore, eco therapy and Sound Bath in the Burren: Explore the rugged beauty of the Burren with a guided walking meditation, led by a lovely Irish native who will help you connect to the earth and the essence of this ancient landscape.
• Outing to an Irish Castle, Abbey, and Pub: Immerse yourself in Ireland's rich history with a visit to a stunning castle, an ancient abbey, and finish the day with a stop at a traditional Irish pub for some local culture.

Flights to Ireland

- Meals on offsite days (50-60 Euros per day)

- Spa treatments (can be booked directly with the hotel at your own expense)

- Transportation from airports other than Shannon

Regular Price: $2,800 (After October 31, 2024)

Deposit: $600 due by October 31, 2024

Remaining balance: $1,900, payable in monthly installments of $271.43 from November 2024 to June 2025

**Deposit Terms:**

The $600 deposit is non-refundable unless you can find someone to take your place who is able to pay the deposit. Once the deposit is received, you’ll be locked into the early bird pricing. The final payment of the remaining balance is due by June 1, 2025.
