Navigating The Pathway of Grief

Death and grief is such a difficult emotion and idea to navigate through, however it effects us all. There are so many questions that come up on this topic. What happens when I die, where do I go, will I suffer. And then there is the effect of a loved one dying whether it through illness, suicide, old age or suddenly. That immense pain that no one understands until they’ve experienced it. So many un-answered questions. Learning to listen and help you get through these emotions so that when you do experience someone’s death and when your natural time comes you will know you are not alone.

This intimate retreat includes face-to-face lessons with Lorna, group meditations, Q&A sessions, and more. Receive Lorna’s spiritual teachings and learn how to apply the guidance within your own everyday life.

There will also be time set aside for quiet reflection and completing Lorna’s homework. Depending on the weather, you may have the opportunity to practice becoming more spiritual outside in nature, in the way Lorna was taught as a child.
