About the event

Carlow Mental Health Association presents: A Summer Solstice Sound Bath at the Dolmen
Join us on Saturday 21st June 2025 at 7:30 PM for a truly special evening to celebrate the Summer Solstice in the heart of Carlow.

We’ll begin the evening with a fascinating talk from local historian Fergal Bowne, who will share stories and insights into the history and mystery of Carlow’s iconic Dolmen stone.

Then we'll experience the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls in a relaxing sound bath led by Sylvia Shirley, designed to bring peace, balance, and mindfulness as we honour the longest day of the year.

🧘‍♀️ Free to attend – all are welcome!
🌿 Please bring a yoga mat or blanket for your comfort.
📍 Location: Brownshill Dolmen (meeting in car park)
