Join me 29th June 1130am to 130pm for a beautiful Morning to rest and restore.

Our Morning begins with a Yoga Nidra sleep yoga followed by a soothing Sound Bath with my new co host Cliona Cosgrove
Cliona is a clinical Psychologist and Sound Practitioner.
