Join us in the heart of nature for a chance to slow down, reconnect, and unwind. Our Woodland Wellbeing Group offers a peaceful space to appreciate the rhythm of the natural world while engaging in meaningful activities.
Each session, we’ll explore woodland management tasks, tend to our orchard, polytunnel, and forest garden, and take part in other fun, hands-on experiences. Alongside these activities, we’ll embrace a slower pace with a sharing circle, where we can reflect, share, and support one another.
Food and refreshments will be provided, making it a time not just for work, but for nourishment—of both body and mind. Whether you're looking to learn new skills, connect with nature, or simply enjoy the company of like-minded people.
