Route Description
We will set off from CAFAG and head down to Whitfield Valley Heritage Park. From here, we turn left and join the Biddulph Way, which is also part of the National Cycle Route.
The Biddulph Way follows a disused railway line that once connected Congleton to Stoke-on-Trent, giving the route a strong industrial heritage feel. Today, it’s a green corridor full of wildlife and mature trees, making it a particularly enjoyable stretch of the walk.
There is a short section of road walking from Brindley Ford up to Packmoor, where we then join Packmoor Park. The park runs alongside Turnhurst Road and leads us gently back to the centre to complete the circular route.
