About the event

Leading Change
The Vice Chancellor of Oxford University, Professor Irene Taylor, and the Bishop of Oxford, The Rt Revd Steven Croft will discuss together how they as leaders of two ancient and traditional organisations are confronting the challenges of accelerating change.

Professor Irene Taylor was a pupil at Gosford Hill School. The Rt Revd Steven Croft has been Bishop of Oxford since 2016 and has recently announced his retirement in July 2026. Their discussion is likely to be fascinating as both of them consider change and how they have dealt with it in their own lives and how as leaders they are tackling the changes facing both their organisations and society in general.
