Computing Workshop – Bring a Grown Up! – Gosford Hill School

Throughout the academic year, Gosford Hill School hosts a series of FREE family-oriented learning sessions, during which we invite primary school-aged children in Years 4-6 to ‘Bring a Grown Up!’ and try something new!

During this session, join us to explore the fascinating world of MicroBits, tiny computers that pack a big punch. During our hands-on workshop, you’ll discover how to code a MicroBit using a user-friendly block editor and even create your very own computer character.

What makes it even more fun is that you can personalise your computer character's emotions – make them happy, sad, or even angry just by giving them a shake. Don't miss out on this opportunity to unleash your creativity and learn the magic of programming with MicroBits.
