Self-Defence & Personal Safety Session

Young Gloves Karate and for a friendly, practical session focused on simple self-defence techniques, avoidance, and keeping yourself safe in everyday situations.
We’ll cover:
Awareness and avoiding trouble early
Basic, easy-to-remember self-defence skills
Confidence, posture, and personal safety tips
What to do if you feel uncomfortable or threatened
This session is non-intimidating, suitable for beginners, and all about staying safe rather than fighting. Supportive, relaxed, and confidence-boosting.
