This month, Diane Porterfield-Bourne will be discussing "should I take HRT?".
I get asked by so many people who are just unsure about HRT and this is something many women ask but there remains lots of mixed advice about it.
This is a great session for those who are concerned taking HRT, want to discuss before taking HRT or maybe you are already taking it and unsure if it is helping with your symptoms.
A bio about Diane:
Diane Porterfield Bourne is a British Menopause Society Accredited Menopause Nurse Specialist and runs a private Menopause service called Bourne2care. Diane is from Stourport, she writes and delivers training about the Menopause to Healthcare professionals as well as supporting and prescribing HRT to women during the Menopause".
This is a relaxed, supportive space where you’re free to ask questions, share experiences, or simply listen.
