We focus on advanced techniques to create space in the joints of the spine.

• Ancient Hawaiian teachings of the “wisdom of the bones” will fuel our work, as we explore the spiritual and emotional aspects of illness as they pertain to different areas of the body.
• Learn how to use various tools and advanced techniques to follow symptoms to their source and heal the body at a deep and holistic level.

9am July 1-2: Kua Lua Hawaiian Back Walking

Learn to heal with your feet, just as you do with your hands! Kua Lua is a method deeply rooted in ancestral lineage and physical alignment. Use hands, forearms, sticks, stones, knees and feet to release the body at its deepest level.
