Join our fun and hands-on class where we’ll show you how to make Daifuku and enjoy them with a cup of authentic Matcha.
Our friendly staff speak Thai, Japanese, Cantonese, and English — everyone is welcome!
We care deeply about the ingredients we use. All ingredients are organic or grown using Natural Agriculture methods — eco-friendly farming without chemicals, fertilizers, or manure. We also save seeds to protect future harvests.

เราจะจัดเวิร์กช็อปสอนทำขนมญี่ปุ่นไดฟุกุ มาร่วมสนุกและเรียนรู้ไปกับเราพร้อมบรรยากาศเป็นกันเองค่ะในเวิร์กช็อปนี้ คุณจะได้ลิ้มลองมัทฉะจากญี่ปุ่นกับไดฟุกุคู่ด้วย

พวกเราสื่อสารได้หลายภาษา ไม่ว่าจะเป็นภาษาไทย ญี่ปุ่น กวางตุ้ง หรือภาษาอังกฤษ ทุกคนจึงสามารถเข้าร่วมได้อย่างสะดวกค่ะ

วัตถุดิบที่เราใช้ส่วนใหญ่เป็นแบบออร์แกนิก หรือมาจากเกษตรธรรมชาติที่ไม่ใช้ปุ๋ยเคมีหรือปุ๋ยหมักอินทรีย์ เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมเรายังให้ความสำคัญกับการเก็บเมล็ดพันธุ์ไว้ใช้ในอนาคต เพื่อรักษาความหลากหลายและความยั่งยืนของพืชผัก
