R3 700 per person sharing (twin or double)
R4 250 per person single
The price includes 2 nights’ accommodation, 3 meals daily, yoga asana classes, pranayama, relaxation techniques and meditation.

A R1500 deposit secures your place on the retreat.
Places are limited to 5 people to ensure high levels of personal instruction and guidance.
