Glengariff Lodge is a small slice of paradise. A short 50m stroll, through a lush garden and you are on the beach. Enjoy the wonders of vitamin Sea! Time in nature is becoming increasingly rare in our modern lives. This is the perfect place to relax, unwind and recharge your batteries.

Spend a weekend just for you! This venue has only 5 rooms, so you'll receive a high level of personal instruction and guidance.

R3 700 per person sharing (twin or double)
R4 250 per person single
The price includes 2 nights’ accommodation, 3 meals daily, yoga asana classes, pranayama, relaxation techniques and meditation.

A R1500 deposit secures your place on the retreat.
