National Public Lands Day

Gold Head Branch State Park will participate in the Nation’s largest single-day volunteer effort for public lands. This opportunity allows the public to assist with one of the nation’s largest causes of habitat loss due to invasive plants. Join us as we educate you on the importance of native plants and the impacts that invasive species have on our natural lands. We will conduct hand pulling of Rose Natal grass and Rattlebox species.
