EMBODY is a four-part sacred series for women who are ready to return to their body as home — not as something to fix, hide, or perform with… but as a living altar of intuition, softness, strength, and divine intelligence.
This is for you if:
• You’ve felt disconnected from your sensuality or self-trust
• You’re tired of suppressing your voice or shrinking your truth
• You carry wounds around worth, comparison, or the pressure to be perfect
• You long to feel safe again in your body — not just in your mind
Each week, we gather in sisterhood to breathe, move, express, release, and reawaken the sacred feminine within. These sessions blend movement, breathwork, voice activation, and ritual space, guided by Lalita of Temple Lioness.
Expect to sweat, soften, shake free, and remember.
