1st Course : Fresh Local Mahi-Mahi with Key Lime Leche de Tigre, Pickle Daikon and Cilantro
2nd Course : Miss Key West Pink Shrimp on Phyllo Spaghetti Dough with Habanero Labneh and Black Key Lime powder.
3rd Course : Creamy Risotto Loaded with Tender Lobster, Sweet Crab and Seared Scallops, Coconut and Fresh Key Lime Gremolata Add Local Catch of the day +$20 or Beef Tenderloin+ $25
