Key Largo Yoga is pleased to offer a free class to the community each month - in September we’re offering a class for beginners!

This class is open to everyone, whether you’ve never tried yoga in your life or just want a fun refresher.

After an easy warm up, we will get started with the basics of Mountain Pose and the traditional Warrior Poses.

We’ll work on alignment to keep our bodies safe and practice using the three-part method of yoga that combines breath, posture, and gaze.

This is a perfect opportunity to check out our studio, ask questions about our classes, and most importantly, to see if yoga is right for you.

No experience or equipment required, just wear clothes you can move freely in and bring your curious mind.
