Bridging Walls An Info Session on Meditation, Action and Connection

Come learn about a meditation program that may deepen your yoga practice and help you build meaningful connection—with yourself, with others, and with women practicing meditation inside a Florida prison.

This program brings together meditation and writing. Each week, we’ll meditate together and write letters to women at Homestead Correctional Institution. Because of recent restrictions in Florida, we may not always hear back, but our writing and practice still offer a powerful way to connect across distance.

The program meets online via Zoom, so there’s no travel involved. We gather once a week—usually on Mondays from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.—and the next semester begins September 8th.
