Join us for an hour of healing sound, vibration, and guided meditation. Let the sounds of our extraordinary crystal bowls wash over you as Kat’s soothing voice guides you into a state of deep rest and relaxation.

Calm your physical body and clear your mind so you can let go of all that no longer serves you. Clarity will arise in the place of confusion, leaving you with a deep sense of ease and lasting peace.

$20 per participant.
No experience necessary.
Bring whatever you need to be comfortable in the space.
