Join the ADRC of the Lakeshore and other local caregivers for our monthly support group.

This support group is meant for individuals with an early-stage memory loss or dementia diagnosis and their care partners.

Assessment is required prior to attending first support group. Call 1-877-416-7083 to schedule your assessment.
