We’ve reserved a lakeside picnic spot for lunch at Torch Lake and are catering food for the group 🍽️🌊 there are bathrooms available and plenty of mooring for our skis with the blessing of the park rangers. There's a beach nearby as well. Bring a towel to sit on of you can as we don't expect to have tables at this spot.
To help cover the park rental ($100) and the cost of food, we’re asking each person to chip in $10 per person ($5 for the park space, $5 for the food). That includes the full lunch setup—we’ll take care of the planning, prep, and cleanup so you can just show up and enjoy.
We will provide amazing Chicago beer brats, potato salad, potato chips and cookies and a water.

If you don't want to eat, but still want to hang out at the picnic area with us we would appreciate a donation of $5 for the picnic area. But again, not mandatory.
Any extra collected will go to offset some of the admins' expenses of guiding and organizing this ride. Each of them work extremely hard and at a lot of personal expense to pull these rides off.
