The studio's door opens 15 minutes before and closes 15 minutes after the starting time. Arriving later would be considered a no-show-up! Unless you notify us before the starting time by calling (03) 9852 8772.

If you would like to have more time for drinking and socializing, you are more than welcome to come earlier to view the exhibitions in our gallery spaces. Please find the information regarding our current exhibitions and the gallery's hours on our website.

Friday and Saturday evening classes have an age requirement of 18+. We recommend ages 7 and older for Family Day classes. NO INFANTS PLEASE

Important Note: Kids must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian

We take a lot of photos and video of our classes for Facebook and other forms of social media. If you do not want to be included in such photos, please advise a staff member upon arrival. If we inadvertently include you in a social media picture, please contact the studio and we will happily remove it upon request.

Each box includes an exquisite selection of 3 cheeses, cured meats, crackers, delectable dip, and a delightful assortment of dried and fresh fruits. Perfect for 1-2 guests (Mini) or 4-6 guests (Grande).

Order and Pickup Details: Please place your order a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled session, allowing us to prepare the freshest ingredients. Pickup is available exclusively before your session at Ladder Art Space. Ensure you input the date of your scheduled session during the order process.

Dimensions & Pricing:

- Mini (1-2 guests, 25 x 15 cm) – $69

- Grande (4-6 guests, 36 x 25 cm) – $129

Please note: Some variations may occur due to the seasonal nature of certain produce.

IMPORTANT Allergen Notice: Please be aware that while we strive to provide a delightful experience for all, we are unable to accommodate all dietary needs. It is the responsibility of each customer to thoroughly check the contents of their grazing box for any allergens or dietary restrictions.

Cancellation Policy (for grazing box):

- 1-3 boxes: More than 72 hours before the pick-up date (scheduled session)

- 4-9 boxes: More than 7 days before the pick-up date (scheduled session)

- 10+ boxes: More than 21 days before the pick-up date (scheduled session)

Requests for cancellations must be sent via email only.

Classes require a certain number of enrolments to proceed. Courses that do not meet minimum enrolment levels may be canceled. Participants will be notified by email of a cancellation 24 hours prior to the course start date. In the case of cancellation, a transfer, credit or full refund will be offered.

COVID-19 Cancellations:

If the Government requires our studios to remain closed at the time of your session, we will issue you a credit voucher valid for 3 years.

If the Government requires us to reduce the capacity of our studios, we will issue you a credit voucher (full value of your order) or reschedule your booking to another session of your choice (subject to availability and capacity).
