Join us for a special evening of discovery at Bar Selecta Hawthorn as we celebrate World Sake Day (Wednesday, 1st October 2025).
Presented by Melissa Mills of Sake Connect (Sake & Shochu Consultant, WSET Sake Educator, IWC Sake Judge) in partnership with Heigo Australia, this unique event offers guests the chance to taste six premium sakes — each one rare, unreleased to the public, and crafted by Japan’s master brewers.
Be part of the tasting journey and cast your vote as one of the Selectas, helping decide the evening’s favourite sake. Bottles will be available for purchase in limited quantities — an exclusive opportunity to take home something not available in retail.
