Spring Herbal Workshop

Welcome spring with a hands-on herbal workshop focused on liver health, seasonal renewal, and practical plant medicine. Guided by certified herbalist Katie Mitchell, participants will explore the role of alternative herbs and their traditional connection to the Spring season, when the body naturally supports cleansing and renewal.

Each participant will leave with:
· A personally blended 4oz bag of loose-leaf tea
· A simple liver tonic tincture, started during class, with a 2oz dropper bottle to fill once it’s ready
· Practical knowledge you can use at home throughout the season

This workshop is perfect for beginners and herbal enthusiasts alike—no prior experience necessary. Come connect with the rhythms of the season, deepen your understanding of herbal medicine, and take home remedies crafted by your own hands.
