FREE Drop-In Health Checks Available to people aged 40 - 72

Free NHS Health Checks with Concept Care Solutions, in partnership with the Department of Health and Social Care and North Northamptonshire Council, are available at the library now.

The CVD Health Check is a quick and free NHS health check designed to detect and prevent cardiovascular diseases, including: Heart disease, Stroke risk, Diabetes and kidney disease. It’s available to people aged 40-72 in the community, regardless of past NHS Health Checks. It provides on-the-spot results, lifestyle advice, and referrals where needed.

Just drop in to visit the health advisors:
Friday 5th September 9:30am - 5pm
Tuesday 16th September 1pm - 5pm
Friday 19th September 9:30 - 5pm
