Join us for our weekly Seated Exercise Class, designed specifically for people living with Parkinson's and their caregivers. Whether you want to boost your mood, improve mobility, or just meet others in a friendly, supportive space, this class is fo

**The Workout:** A 40-minute "gentle-ish" exercise class featuring mostly seated movements with some standing options availabl adapted to suit everyone.

**All Abilities:** All fitness levels are welcome!

**☕ Social Time:**
Don't rush off! There is a refreshment break between sessions—it is the perfect opportunity for a chat and a catch-up.
