“SPECIAL EFFECTS CAKES”

A trio of unusually decorated cakes for the advanced class. We’ll be making a Patterned Swiss Roll, a Designer Sheet Cake* and some Leopard Print Cupcakes. What fun!
*A designed sheet cake is a sponge cake with a picture baked into it. Sounds very complicated but it really is easier than it looks - and very impressive.
