You’re invited to a FREE Community Workout at Centerville CrossFit, open to everyone in the Centerville and South Dayton community.
This workout will be coach-led, beginner-friendly, and fully scalable. Every movement can be modified, and our coaches will guide you step-by-step so you feel confident, safe, and supported—no matter your experience level.
