AERIAL YOGA WHEEL. FLEX & FLY

With a focus on Happy Backs this weeks Saturday class is a mixture of Aerial & Yoga Wheel.

Yoga wheels are a prop designed to help support the body in deep stretches, especially the spine. This class mixes both the Yoga Trapeze and The Yoga Wheel for a full body flex and fly experience.

This class is part of the Saturday Morning Crews term but I have a couple of spaces available for anyone else interested in joining us.

Cost is £15 and spaces must be booked and paid for in advance.
