Advent Yoga

Consider giving yourself the gift of a peaceful candlelit hour each Monday night to breathe, stretch, and pray with Fully Alive Yoga. Based in Christian spirituality, this holy yoga practice, led by Sherri Raderstorf, will allow you to be still and focus on the themes of the Advent season. Who knows, this practice might even help you love all those relatives as Jesus loves you! Begins Monday, December 1, for four weeks in Rejoice Hall from 7-8 pm.
