A swim and run adventure through the stunning forests, lakes and mountains of the Lake District National Park.

Come join us on one of our three race distances that all finish at Tweedies Bar in Grasmere:

𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘯 𝘞𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐑𝐈𝐓𝐓𝐘 (21km - 6 run sections & 5 swims)
𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘵 𝘉𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘸𝘢𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘏𝘢𝘭𝘭

Option to join as a 𝐒𝐎𝐋𝐎 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 or as part of a 𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐰𝐨.

We provide full medical and water safety cover & transport from the base to the start.
