This course is for trad climbers looking to move into multi-pitch climbs and includes building belays intermediary points, runner placement, stance management, rope work skills and safe descent. Join us to move safely into multi-pitch terrain.

Welcome and Course Overview
-Introduction to the course objectives and schedule.
-Brief review of participants' climbing experience.
Multi-Pitch Climbing Fundamentals
-Understanding the concept of multi-pitch climbing.
-Equipment overview: harnesses, helmets, belay devices, slings, and protection.
Anchor Building and Belay Transitions
-Building solid and redundant anchors at belay stations.
-Techniques for smooth transitions between belay stations.
Communication and Strategy
-Effective communication techniques on multi-pitch routes.
-Route strategy, including selecting belay stances and managing rope.
Simulated Multi-Pitch Climbing
-Participants take turns mock leading pitches while practicing multi-pitch transitions and communication.
Multi-Pitch Climbing
-Participants apply their skills on a guided multi-pitch climb.

Efficient Climbing Techniques
-Advanced techniques for various types of rock and terrain.
