A full day out with an ML course director, helping you gain some further navigation knowledge and work towards attaining the standard to become an ML.

Accreditation
This workshop is for Mountain Leader trainees.
MTA members gain 1 CPD point for attending

SKILLS COVERED:
Meet and briefing
Understand aims and objectives
Leadership in the scheme – vision, support, challenge
Coaching and broadening of knowledge towards navigation
Demonstrating the ML standard
Developing strategies and effective navigation techniques
Working towards blind legs and relocation techniques
Getting a feel for assessment and what is expected
Debriefs, goal setting and individual feedback
