Introduction to the fells and mountains of the Lake District

Hearing the call for adventure? Fancy a hiking and camping adventure on 4-7 July?

Join the brilliant Cathy Ford (qualified mountain leader) from Heads Up Adventures for an introduction to the Fells and Mountains of the Lake District. Staying at a fabulous National Trust campsite in the Langdale Valley, its going to be a lot fun and a great confidence boost for walking in this incredible environment. To help everyone feel rested and refreshed after our walks, I will be offering beginner friendly yoga (all mats / props provided) for a gentle stretch at the end of the day before serving you up a tasty campfire dinner.
